I’m Anne, nice to meet you!

I’m Anne P. Custer (APC) and I offer a collection of services to help your brand grow!

From stashing cookbooks under my bed as a child to getting a degree in Food Studies to working at brands like Blue Apron, food has been the heartbeat of my life and career.

I started my undergraduate studies in dietetics and quickly realized organic chemistry was not my friend. I graduated with a BS in Health Sciences and completed a Plant-Based Nutrition certification through eCornell but still yearned to work with food in some capacity.

I moved to New York City to pursue my master’s in Food Studies at New York University and gained valuable skills while having a world of opportunity outside my front door. I explored many roles in restaurants, non-profits, and start-ups.

I blend my extensive academic knowledge with real-world experience to deliver high-quality deliverables for your brand needs. Whether you’re looking to enhance your content or expand your business reach, I’m here to help!

What I Do

I am certified in Plant-Based Nutrition in addition to holding a Master of Art in Food Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. I have taught a variety of cooking, nutrition, and wellness classes tailored to everyone from children to college students to elderly adults.
